Unable to Sign in to Samsung Account on a new phone

I recently began setting up a new phone and I am currently unable to sign into my Samsung account. I fill out the necessary information (email and password) and all it does is load. I tried signing in on a different phone and my login information is correct. It should be mentioned that the phone in question with the issue is a A-54 5G. 

IS there anything I can do to resolve this issue?

Create another email. I had the same issue and Samsung advised me to do so.
