When trying to video call on skype from my pc, a black screen with a picture of a phone and lock appears instead of the live video. Sometimes a message is displayed that says unlock samsung galaxy from skype but it does nothing when I click on it.
I have a samsung galaxy a32 5g phone.
How do I get the black screen to disappear and the video to display?
