Voice mail busy signal

I can't retrieve my voice mail messages. Every time I try to get my messages, there's just a busy signal. How do I fix this problem?! PLEASE HELP!  And thank you in advance...

Did you click 1 on the dial pad
Voicemail is a carrier thing

Yes, I tried that but there was no response at all, just dead air...

Try to call from your contact list

Sounds like a service issue, can you make other calls?

Contact your carrier ... THEY are responsible for vmail access (not Samsung)
