If you go to the software update section in settings and tap on "last update", you will get a screen which gives a synopsis of what's in the update and a link to the update history and what each update included. The last update should have been the October 1 update (which came late in October).
In settings than about phone tap software information and scroll down to the bottom where it lists your current update patch tap that and it will goto the page where update info is choose the security bulletin option at top
