Google. They removed the ability across all of Android and severely handicapped call record apps. Try Cube ACR.

Cube ACR doesn't work on Galaxy anymore

Hmm you should contact them. It still works fine on my s20 Ultra.

I have from google, the app and Samsung and ALL of them tell me Google has block that feature
