Hello everyone,

I recently bought a Galaxy A35 5G and have been using it to capture radiology images against a lightbox. However, I've been experiencing an issue where a yellow hue keeps appearing in the photos. It shows up in a vertical lines manner, especially in the transparent parts of the radiology film where the light passes through from the box.

Has anyone else faced this issue or knows how to fix it? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance!

I believe only heat from under screen can do yellowish screen.
I had this problem in my 2017 old phone "Bluboo S8 Plus".

Yeah, I upgraded to S20 Ultra in 2020. Try to use 1 app, not multi apps, at the same time and make sure the phone is in a cold temperature room.

I'm open to solutions that don't require an upgrade, as my phone is only a month old šŸ˜„. I'll try one app solution. Regarding the cold environment, it is cold where I take my photos. Thank you for your response.
