I bought my a 54 new and unlocked when I was with T Mobile. I have since changed to Visible service.

I am having problems with voicemail there is no icon showing So I am unable to tell when I have a voicemail. Samsung's store will not allow me to reinstall The app. so I need the information on how to get my icon back on my screen.

also is there any way to get rid of T mobiles programs I have not found any way to remove them. So when I start my phone up It flashes T mobile.

A Series & Other Mobile
The only way to get rid of the T-Mobile start screen would be to flash the firmware, but I wouldn't mess with that. Others have successfully done it. I don't know why a carrier syart up screen annoys people so much after they change carriers, that's what happens when you putchase a carrier locked phone. The firmware stays even after unlocking. That being said, T-Mobile's visual voicemail app should still work with your phone and you can download it from the Play store.

Visible doesn't have a Visual Voicemail app.

You also can't find the Samsung branded one in the Galaxy Store.
You can find it on APK Mirror, can't guarantee it will load on your devive.
