It's not open yet I've tested for the last 2 years and when it's available it will show on the main page here. So hopefully it will be sooner than later

I've been on the beta since the S7. Thing is we always had the Samsung Community App. Then after the beta, it would install Samsung Members. Hoping I get in this one and make it 4 in a row.

But yes once the beta goes live, there should be a banner where you register to join. Once registered you check for update. Install. Success!

You will get notified in the Samsung Members app. However, if you do not have an unlocked device, or are on the T-Mobile, Sprint network, you won't be able to be a beta tester.
