I have a quirk with my Samsung Book2 Pro that is causing battery drain, and drives me nuts with the sound.
It only goes silent if I turn the computer off, as in shut down. If I just close the lid and it goes to sleep, the fans spin up every 10 seconds until the next time I use the computer. Computer is not plugged in and is set to sleep when I close the lid in both Samsung and windows 10 settings... The Samsung performance modes balanced, battery saver, silent, quiet and performance modes also don't fix the issue.
Can I get a little help please.

ComputersI can definitely understand how frustrating this may be. No one wants to have their device battery draining quickly. Let’s get this situated for you as soon as we can by trying this link: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01201702/ Please read the link in its entirety to reap the full benefit of the troubleshooting. If this doesn't help a factory reset may be in order. Please ensure that you have backed up all information prior to doing so.
