Just got the Samsung Book4 360 Pro. 1st annoying problem is that I can't get the screen to sleep nor the laptop itself. I updated all the Samsung Drivers from Samsung Updater and also Windows all up to date.

I found a new Arc Driver package but Samsung nor Windows say available. I can manually update it but I don't know if it's fully compatible with this Samsung laptop.

I would rather have a Stock Samsung Laptop with Windows 11 and install only the Samsung apps I need but defeats the purpose. I know Samsung Settings app overrides or coincides with Windows settings especially to control battery and display options.

Ok, an update, I did a factory restore from the Samsung Recovery Suite and it fixed the screen off and sleep tiners. Found another weird issue, some downloads take forever to download, though the wifi speed is good, and so is the read/write speed of the NVME.

Hello! Thank you for reaching out! That's good the timers are gone, you should be able to change them by going to select Start > Settings > System > Power & battery > Screen, sleep, & hibernate timeouts. As for the download speeds, they will vary depending on the sites you download from. Some sites will have speed caps and limit the download speeds.

Thank you! Tiners weren't gone. They were being ignored, and the screen wouldn't timeout, stayed on no matter what. Also, thanks. I know where to change those settings.

The same downloads were tested on my desktop and didn't show the same behavior. That's what's weird. I don't know if there is something to do with the Intel Connectivity Performance Suite. I'm still testing that. Also, boy, does this laptop thermal throttle even at idle.
