I have a Galaxy Book 5 that's less than a year old. All of a sudden I can't sign-in to my PC using my PIN. The only option I have is to use my password. On the sign-in page the option to set PIN is there but when I click on it nothing happens, as I said, to sign in I have to use my password. I even went to settings and updated my PIN but that did no good. Any suggestions on how this issue can be fixed. Thank you,
Ernie
