Galaxy Book Flex2 Alpha, 13", 512GB Touch Pad Not Working

The touch pad stopped working.  It shows no mice or pointers in devices.  getting windows code 10 host controller.   This is a 2 week old device.  Any help please. Thanks.

I think this is my issue.

Which is why where updating all the systems performance necessary

Without updates the system will stay crashed

Did u update the Samsung apps?

Updated are super slow. Down loading slow at only 15% and i have a 500mb connection.

And last but not least make sure u go into windows store and update and install the remaining apps thats needed
