Galaxy Book4 Pro - Citrix Latency

I have recently bought a Galaxy Book4 Pro (Core Ultra7, 32GB, Arc Graphics) and am experiencing terrible latency when running the Citrix desktop app.

This seems to be known problem due to the Intel Arc Graphics, there are some Reddit posts on the subject.

I tried the fixes recommended on Reddit and other community sites, unfortunately none of them fixed the issue.

Is there anyone here who has experienced the same issue with their new Galaxy Book4 Pro and found a fix?

Hello! Thank you for reaching out! I would recommend reaching out to Citrix support for further help on this. As their may be some compatibility issues and will need a fix from Citrix.
