Location Code for Verification

So, I want to verify my phone number, but as per am in USA, and only get 3 options for country code. 

From Samsung Galaxy Book3.

Yes, in US, and no I started from 1 .....

Do you have a network plan for your computer or is it strictly wi-fi only?

If the former, contact your carrier.

If the latter, your accessing a foreign website and need a US web address.

No this is in the Galaxy Book 3, and it was purchased in the US.
