ComputersHelp! I'm receiving the below message each time to try and login. If I keep my laptop plugged in I do not have an issue. However, if I unplug my laptop I must plug it in for 2 hours to be able to log in. My battery also will not charge past 47%.
This sign-in option is disabled because of failed sign-in attempts or repeated shutdowns. Use a different sign-in option, or keep your device powered on for at least 2 hours and then try again.
