ComputersHello,
I installed a 1TB SSD in my laptop, and all went well with Windows recognizing it but when I installed the magician software; it did come up at first, but when I hit refresh on the software (don't remember what for), all of a sudden the SSD wasn't coming up anymore. I've tried reinstalling the software, rebooting the PC, etc., but nothing has worked so far.
I do have at this point have data on the SSD so Windows is doing well with the card, so not sure what's going on.

ComputersFor anyone coming here from Google.
If you have an intel CPU you will need to download the latest driver for your motherboard for Intel Rapid Storage Technology. Then once you have that installed go into your bios and turn on Intel Rapid Storage.
After that you will be able to see the 980pro in Samsung Magician.
If you turn on intel rapid storage and do not have that driver you will fail to boot. So make sure you install it first. It will be a zip file and you will have to go into the install folder to use the application to install it.
