To Whom It May Concern:
The Samsung Update app that updates all the drivers is not working like it did the first time when the laptop was purchased. Now it states that you type in the model number and version of software to get the updates. I do not even know if it is being updated properly, like before. Is this normal? Why did it become so complicating? Will this issue be fixed or will I have to continuously check like the current state? I have enclosed a picture. Please advise.
