I've never used the Google photo app. Do you think it's better then the built in app on samsung? That's the one I usually use

I'm at the opposite end, having never used Samsung Gallery, coming from Pixel and Nexus phones. Google Photos has some great features that I don't know if they exist in the Samsung app, such as great photo editing and facial recognition.

The samsung app has a pretty good editor but the Google app just made that moon shot pop a whole lot more!

Just got my S22 ultra. Of it wasn't raining I would be trying the space zoom as well. Great shot!

You know
I heard that some camera apps recognizes the subject in the photo and generates a combination of AI+actual photo.

This means most of these pictures are the actual photo with layers of internet photos of the moon!
Not that impressive now!
