App icons removed and reordered

Flip 5 on Verizon - Update has removed many icons for my apps and reordered the remaining icons so they are no longer in alphabetical order.  How do I fix this?

Open the app drawer, in the search box tap on the 3 dots, tap on sort, alphabetical
