My apps no longer autofil password info. What am I doing wrong

1. Open phone settings
2. Click on Security and privacy
3. Click on More security settings
4. Click on Passwords, passkeys, and autofill
5. Make sure that the app you want to use is selected under Preferred service. You can change it by clicking the gear icon.
