@Jonatan I would verify that there is nothing impeding the closing of the device (dust, dirt between the screens, some type of protector, bumper applied). You can reach out to Samsung support.

For immediate assistance, one option is to use the Samsung Members app -> Support -> Send text. This will open up live troubleshooting.

The phone has nothing, it has no dust or anything to prevent the closure... I went to the nearest store I have and I told him about the problem, they checked it and brought the Z Fold that they have on the Display and they had it saved because they did not have a display and when they brought it, they tell me that it is just like mine.

Looks like it's bent at the outer edges. And since you imply it wasn't like that to begin with, the question is: how was it bent?

I arrive like this, I have been a user for more than 4 years with the Z Folds since it was 3 in the market. Now with this one I have not been for a month and I realize that this is because of a YouTube video of that mistake that the Z Fold 7 are having. I went to a store and the one who was model was iagual than mine.
