Hey all. Lately when I've been charging my phone, the cover screen won't stay off. I'm not sure how or why. But I do know it started recently. What should I do?
You might try going to your main settings menu > COVER SCREEN > and tap switch by SHOW NOTIFICATIONS TO TURN DISPLAY ON COVER SCREEN ON/OFF. Toggle switch off. Hopefully that will help do the trick. Hopefully it's not a faulty contact switch or something which will require some sort of repair.
If that doesn't work either, it might be a faulty contact switch, so you might want to take the phone into your carrier store and see what the agent/technician can do. If the phone is still under warranty, or you have insurance on the phone, they might be able to fix it or exchange it for another zFlip 5 phone.
