Disabling absolute volume

Where is this feature on the phone I can not find this setting or figure out how to disable it

Hey there! You need to turn on Developer options first. Settings>About phone>Software information>tap Build number over and over until you see a "Developer options enabled" message appear near the bottom of your screen. Now all you have to do is type in your Settings search bar "Absolute volume" to find it!
