Edit sent text

I've been searching through Google and seen that it's possible, but it doesn't seem to be working for my phone. Is it possible to edit a sent text to someone? 

I followed the instructions of hold and pressed the sent text and looked for the "edit" option, but that didn't pop up for me. 

Disclaimer: I'm using a samsung flip 5 with the Google message

That feature is currently being rolled out to people in the Google Messages Beta. You will be able to edit a text message up to 15 mins after you sent it

Oh, I see. It makes sense why I saw a video of someone editing a sent text on the Google messenger 🤔🤔

I hope that samsung adds this feature as well as reactions to the messages app soon.

Fingers crossed, especially since someone doing it in a video on Google. It is most likely in the working phase
