Do you realize that you could be subscribed to daily stuff? Have you went to a website with a place to put your email, then you probably get 1 email per day? May you also be more specific?

P.S. You can unsubscribe from these daily emails, if there is an option.

@CjRemmiBlakey It sounds like you have exceeded the storage limit provided by your email provider. You should log into your email provider's website. They may offer you an option to pay for more storage. If not, you will need to delete emails until you get get some free storage on that account.

Why don't you just empty your trash?  I'm actually surprised that your email provider doesn't just start deleting the oldest ones first once you hit the limit, after all it it's in trash, one assumes you don't want/need it any longer.  Most email providers have a finite amount of space allocated to customers' mailboxes and that includes all messages: those in the inbox, trash, sent folders, etc. if the space allocation is exceeded, it will prevent new messages from coming in and not allowing messages to go out (since most people have their settings to save a copy in their sent folder).

Most web based email services allow for premium membership, which gives more space.  Corporate networks, however, have their own server limitations.

So, just empty your trash and you won't have any issues.

You have 500 emails in your trash, just sitting there taking up space. Easy solution would be to empty your trash. Problem solved, right? Most email providers automatically empty the trash after 30 days of an email being there.

As I said in my previous post, your mail server space allocation includes ALL mail: inbox, saved, sent.  Just keep your folders lean and disengage any attachments by downloading them (if you need to save them). The emails themselves don't take up that much space, it's the attachments/graphics/photos, etc. that do.
