I also have android security patch level September 1, 2025.
Background, i have my phone set to turn on DND ( Do Not Disturb) at 11:00 pm and turn it off at 8:00 am.
But for some reason now when the DND turns off i do not get notification sounds . The fix that I found is to go into sounds and change a setting. Then things seem to be working.
