I have been using the Samsung Flip6 since July 6. It overheats and crashes the Uber driver app while I am trying to make money. This has caused me to lose a lot of rides.
I upgraded from the Flip5 to the Flip6. I wrote to customer service about this issue and they kindly offered to upgrade my phone to a newer model, promising in writing that it would be better. However, there is no difference between the 5 and 6.
I have tried to return the phone, but it is 2 months old and not covered by the return policy.
I have also tried to trade it in, but there is no option for that.
What should I do now? I am an unhappy customer and I am looking for a responsible person to help me resolve this issue.
Same here. Support will be in here soon to give you a default response. You can try the support they suggest, but watch out for blaming the customer and extra charges.
