Fold 4 after July/23 update: Bluetooth Version No Longer Compatible

After the updates from July/23, my Fold 4 can no longer connect to my car's Bluetooth. The car says " Bluetooth Version No Longer Compatible".

Before the update, it has always worked perfectly.

This issue is preventing the connection with Android Auto.

I tried upairing, but then it can't even "see" the car anymore in order to re-pair.

I've also messed up with virtually all "Developer Options" available, but no success.

Even though what triggered the issue was the Samsung update, by hard resetting the car's instrument cluster the issue was resolved (BMW i4)
