We also recommend submitting an error report in the Members app. https://www.samsung.com/ae/support/mobile-devices/raising-an-error-report-via-samsung-members-app/
If troubleshooting is not helpful, we recommend having the phone evaluated at an authorized service center. You can use the following link to find a list of service centers in the U.S. that can do the repair: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/ or by contacting customer support at 1-800-726-7864.

Fold & Flip PhonesIt seems like there's an issue with your Galaxy Fold 5's ability to detect and maintain a connection to 6GHz (6E) SSIDs. Despite seeing other frequency SSIDs, it consistently loses visibility of 6GHz networks and requires you to disable and enable Wi-Fi to reconnect. This problem started with Android 14 and doesn't affect other devices, suggesting a device-specific issue with your Galaxy Fold 5. You've already tried resetting network settings and replacing the Wi-Fi hardware, but the problem persists. You've also noticed other users reporting similar 6E connectivity problems with this device.
