Unfortunately, the only way to to get back into your phone is to do a factory reset and restore. I hope you have any personally created data backed up somewhere, because the only things automatically backed up to your Samsung account is your apps and settings. A reset will erase all security and you will have to re-register your fingerprint(s) and create a new PIN/password (one you can remember). You have to use your PIN/password at least once every 72 hours and after every restart, so I don't understand how one forgets it. After a reset, you will have to log into the same Google and Samsung accounts you originally set up the phone with, so I hope you remember those passwords.
