Is anyone else having issues with their front camera not working? I've been having this issues since 4.30. I have restarted and restarted. I have cleared cache and data from the camera app. Nothing has worked. I don't know if it's a software issue. The back camera is working just fine. It has also affected Snapchat, fb messenger and Instagram.

Just to confirm, when you worked through the troubleshooting guide provided, did you go through the entire article by selecting โ€œNoโ€ on the steps youโ€™ve already tried so it continues giving you additional troubleshooting?

If youโ€™ve completed the full guide and still arenโ€™t seeing any improvement, this does point more toward a possible hardware issue with the front camera. At that point, the best next step would be to set up service so a technician can take a closer look:

We're really sorry youโ€™re dealing with thisโ€”especially since itโ€™s affecting multiple apps. We can definitely understand how frustrating that is.

This will help rule out any deeper software issues. If the front camera still isnโ€™t working afterward, it may need service.

I tried all of that and nothing has worked. I have restarted several times and I have powered down my device. I have spoken to support and still nothing has worked.

Yes I have gone through the guide. I have gone through the diagnostics of all the apps and the camera app came up with the issue.1778114341991.jpg
