Hi! as the title says my galaxy z flips front camera has literally been ruined thanks to the Ui update, I'm going to imbed some camera before and after's below. My galaxy z flip4 is BRAND NEW , I've literally used it for a week but after August 23 it's literally unusable for me. š what's the point of having a phone suitable for vlogging/ being it's on tripod if the FRONT camera gives you 1988 resolution?? I talked to three agents and they told me to reset, factory reset and clean my lens and I've done all multiple times and the problem STILL persists. They suggested I even go as far as to replace the entire camera but I fail to see how that will be of any help or use if it's the software that's bugging?? I'm super upset because that means I can't use the new phone I got myself for my birthday until there's an update again in OCTOBER and who knows if that will even fix the issue???
Like bro what is that potato quality in 2024?????! This phone is WAY too expensive to be tanking like this from an UPDATE. š I'm honestly so sad and disappointed I only got less than FIVE DAYS to enjoy my phone.
