Got a Fold 5 (F946U) from ATT last year. Haven't received any updates since purchase, including even security updates. I've attached a screenshot of my software info for reference. Please send help!!

You will likely be redirected to AT&T Support because the carriers tweak the installed software and the carriers push out the updates. Call 611 on your phone... if in the US... to get AT&T customer service.

That is a carrier thing not Samsung you could always try putting Smart switch on your computer and connecting it that way but it's an AT&t thing Samsung sends out the stuff to the carriers the carriers tweak and test it to their phone and then send it to the phone so you got to get on AT&t
