Fold & Flip Phones
I lave no idea how to reach out to samsung, but as a parent of a tween and adult looking to UNPLUG, I see everyone looking for a modern 4/5G compatible sidekick or blackberry qwerty keyboard design. I've been looking for this as a first phone for my middle school kid. Samsung is missing the mark with smart touch screen flip phones. The pendulum has swung the other way, the slideout qwerty phones are the perfect happy medium. I WISH I could just buy a vintage 08/09 slide phone and it work with today's network, but they're all 2g/3g.

There's an entire subreddit dedicated to dumbphones. I think you're wrong. 🤷🏻:female_sign:

Not only are tweens in need of a dumb phone, but many seniors are unplugging as they get older as well.

Thanks for the heads up, I sent an email. Also adding, Bark phone uses Samsung A series, but if you don't keep their service plan the phone is locked/useless. Samsung Kids mode on one of my old samsung smart phones is geared to toddlers. There's no inbetween on an unlocked smart phone. I even tried a minimalist phone app for myself, but it was a mess.
I've been looking into Bark phone, Troomi, Gabb, Pinwheel phones and even samsung smart watches. Nothing is quite right.
I want to break my own phone addiction too, I'd love the option to switch my sim to a qwerty dumbphone or a "semi-smart" phone. Not all of us want to be available 24/7. I want that for my kid AND myself. I don't want the entire internet in my pocket at all times, we all look like a bunch of ipad kids walking around. Keep social media and email to my computer like before, it was the perfect happy medium. Call, text, GPS, music THAT'S IT.

Just because the technology is there, doesn't mean you have to use it. Just saying.
