I couldn't transfer any passwords to my new phone. Is there a way to do it. Smart switch only transferred a few? It's so miserable. I did face recognition and fingerprints but they want passwords. The passwords that I have on my old phone in pw manager are not being accepted. Help
Passwords/pins and biometrics don't transfer or get stored with backups and have to be set up again. This is why people are told to reset their phones if they forget their passcodes.
Your passwords in Samsung pass have been integrated into Samsung wallet. They should all be there as they are actually stored in your Samsung account, not on your phone. Search for Samsung pass in settings and you should be able to retrieve your passwords. If you still have your old phone, you can open Samsung pass and download your data to a file, move it to your new phone and import it back. This file can only be read or imported to Samsung pass.
