Fold & Flip PhonesI'm finally getting a chance to back up my phone to smart switch PC... after 10 hours of waiting for uploading it to my cloud. This is more like an update post. I will be updating it to UI 7 beta, probably not any better š . I've done diagnostics that all came out fine, I checked all around my phone for maybe some debris disturbing the magnets around the edges, I did some of the suggestions that I was given.
At least I can downgrade if it's not that great doing the beta test, but.... I feel like I'm out of troubleshooting options.

Fold & Flip PhonesI have never heard of a Smart Switch backup taking 10 hours. Sometimes doing a phone-to-phone transfer can take that long, but not a straight backup, especially to a computer.
So, are you complaining about the length of time it took to back up or something else, because the last part of your post makes no sense to me as the second part seems unrelated to the first.

Fold & Flip PhonesI've been having issues since my phone updated to 6.1.1 in the recent software update. The main screen became unresponsive, stuck on rebooting and screen glitching out. I've tried the suggestions I was given on my first post, minus the factory reset, but I was still having the same issues. I've been troubleshooting it pretty much for the past 2 days.
Even in beta 7, it's still having the same issues partially so my last resort is just setting up an appointment with Samsung to bring my phone in for fixing/replace some parts.
