Fold & Flip Phones
My Gemini and assistant apps ALL notifications are blocked and I can't toggle to turn notifications on. No option to allow notifications. I've messaged Google for 2 weeks and they finally referred me to Samsung. There's a few more apps that are like this as well but these 2 are my biggest concern to start. What do I need to do? My fold 7 is only a couple 3 weeks old.

Sometimes system updates (bugs) have caused issues with notifications being grayed out or blocked for various apps. Where users have reported they can no longer enable notifications for specific apps.
Send feedback to samsung and report the issue, by going to the members homepage and tapping the checkmark โ๏ธ (leftside) then send feedback.
Also, ensure you you don't have battery and data saver modes restricting background activity for the apps.

Reboot to safe mode. If notifications start working then this will prove a program is blocking them
Method 1: When the Device is Powered On
Press and hold the Side button (Power button) and Volume Down button simultaneously until the Power menu appears.
Touch and hold the Power off icon on the screen.
The Safe Mode icon will appear. Tap it to confirm.
The device will restart, and you will see "Safe Mode" displayed in the bottom-left corner of the screen.
