Why is my phone defaulted to this screen whenever my phone is put into power save mode? My battery is draining more now that it isn't in power save mode. I have a Samsung Z Fold 3. With this screen, I can't access my other apps or receive the full functionality of my phone. Seeking information. Thanks!

Power saving mode normally limits the apps and functions to save power long press on the power saving toggle and change the settings to allow all apps
