Good day My wife's z flip 4 is experiencing issues after the Android 14 update yesterday. "isn't optimized for the latest version of Android. Screen touches may be delayed or not recognized" That message pops up from time to time on her phone and then the phone freezes perhaps an update will fix it?
Sorry man I'm on my s24 ultra right now no issues this is my second one that's from my own accord though left the first one on the roof of the car and it got ran over by a semi.. screen and back glass cooked frame twisted but somehow it still shows signs of life so waiting for money to fix it then I'll have two working s24 ultras
Sometimes when I turn on and unlock my phone, I notice I can't swipe at all. To fix either I'll turn my screen off and on or rotate my screen to landscape then portrait if I happened to have auto rotate on. Sometimes doing that second method results in me getting a message that says
One UI home isn't optimized for the latest version of android. Screen touches may be delayed or not recognized.
with a white pill at the bottom of my screen and an x on it I think, should've screenshotted it.
But anyway, I have a sneaking suspicion this is caused by either one of these or a combination of them. Either it's because I personally set my DPI to 612, I use Nova home launcher, or it's this macro that I made with macrodroid that auto changes my wallpaper at midnight. Istill think it's a Samsung problem because the UI freeze seems to always happen after my wallpaper changes, but even still it'll happen randomly, and I've even seen a reddit thread from 3 months ago mentioning that exact message.
I cannot reboot/power off my Galaxy S23 FE because, when I tried to reboot/power off, it asks me to enter my password but my touch is not recognized and it shows "System UI isn't optimized for the latest version of Android" message. How can I reboot/power off in this situation? Please help.
