Good day My wife's z flip 4 is experiencing issues after the Android 14 update yesterday. "isn't optimized for the latest version of Android. Screen touches may be delayed or not recognized" That message pops up from time to time on her phone and then the phone freezes perhaps an update will fix it?

S21 Ultra 5G just started doing this after latest update. Phone is virtually unusable, like aliens are playing with the screen remotely typing and sending random characters! Suggested fixes do nothing.

I'm having the same problem with my flip five. It does crazy things too.Like if I send an instant message, it'll send out like twenty thumbs ups.Icons. 1733426214390_1733426214374_0.jpg

My Samsung s24 ultra is saying system UI isn't optimized for the latest version of the android. Screen touch may be delayed or not recognized. I try to restart or power off but I can't type in my password or use fingerprint to allow my Samsung to restart. My screen is frozen too. There is a cancel button at the bottom with a X beside it but I can cancel it and when I touch my screen the text pop up with the beginning line of this message.  

Edit: If you use fingerprint to get in or other method without typing in your password, (I don't know how to explain it) at a period when the screen is half turn on in the lock screen, you can use fingerprint to get in your phone and restart or power off your Samsung that way. This bypass the need for entering your password to restart or power off your Samsung.

My son is getting this message on his phone and I'm not even able to get it keyboard to type anything, and the entire phone is locked up now and not working.

turn off Chat Heads in Facebook Messenger then restart the phone.

My husband's s24 won't let him unlock/ power off/ restart. Can't type password to get in to try and do an update or anything at all.

I am a reseller and this issue is absolutely ruining my business. Samsung developers, certainly you are following up with this thread, have this issue fixed. Some of my clients think I am selling rooted phones. All Samsung A53 are behaving this way, the only temporary solution is to soft reset, but the problem still comes back later.

I fixed it by updating one UI home on APK mirror to a newer version which then makes it crash. Then I go to the apps, toggle find system apps > one ui home > uninstall updates. After that I booted into recovery mode and wiped cache and rebooted. It fixed the problem. 

Edit: And I found the app that's causing the problem. It's uno store app that's downloadable from the chrome browser. I installed that again, saw the issue coming back, uninstalled, cleared cache of one UI home+ gaming hub (cache&data clear), power off, power on.

Just started happening to me on my S20FE, as of a couple of weeks ago in August 2025.

Clearly not "Solved" if it's still an ongoing issue 2 years later.

Can't even get into my phone. No fingerprint scanner and when I swipe nothing happens.  Just keep getting the notification. Can't clean cache or update apps if I can't get in.
