The apps in Samsung Z Fold4 do not fully load or connect to the internet after the update

Hello Vin_Ph, Welcome to the Community. We understand how frustrating it is for the apps to not fully load or connect to the internet.

Does this happen in mobile network, Wi-Fi, or both?

If this is occurring on Wi-Fi, look to see if you have Intelligent Wi-Fi turned on in the connection settings, and try turning it off and testing the apps.

Have you tried clearing the cache partition of the phone from the recovery menu? To get to recovery mode: 
- Turn off phone
- Once off, hold down volume up and power buttons simultaneously 
- When Samsung logo appears, release power button BUT KEEP HOLDING VOLUME UP until the recovery menu appears
- Use volume buttons to navigate down to clear cache (NOT CLEAR DATA/ FACTORY RESET) 
- Use power button to select. 

You can also try to reset the network settings:

-Open the Settings app.
-Tap General Management.
-Tap Reset.
-Here you can choose to reset the Mobile network settings or Wi-Fi and Bluetooth settings, depending on where the issue is occurring
