I have the Galaxy Z Flip6. When I was listening to Pandora while connected to my car using Bluetooth I was going to play a game. So I went to my settings > sounds and vibration > separate app sound so I can add the game I was going to play to the list of apps to play sound on the device i chose which is phone. Since I was in that section I decided to add every app to the list so I can choose it when I need to. So I was adding apps to the list which I would add 4 then uncheck those so I can add more apps to the list since if 5 apps are checked then it won't let you add more apps. So I'm listening to Pandora thru Bluetooth and I was adding apps which was working fine. All of sudden I added an app then it closed and a pop-up showed "separate app sound keeps stopping" screen which i seen many times for other things so I tapped close app. Then I open recents and made sure everything was closed in the background went back to settings to add more apps but everytime I tap app it shows me the page in the settings after tapping sounds and vibration. So I tried to turn separate app sound off then back on again to see list of apps but same thing. I also even restarted my twice and I went to settings to check for software updates. I went to Galaxy store & Google Play store and checked for updates there. I went into apps settings to look at the separate app sound info so I change permissions, background mobile data usage, battery unrestricted and storage to clear cache and data to see if that would fix the issue but I can't find the app anywhere. So I had to keep tapping apps in the separate app sound area until the pop-up showed cuz it doesn't show everytime after tapping the app list. When the pop-up showed i tapped app info i checked permissions, allowed data usage while data saver is on, unrestricted battery usage, tapped storage and cleared cache and data then i tapped force stop. After I did all that I closed all apps and everything running in background then restarted my phone again. After phone restarted I tried to go to the separate app sound and tapped apps to bring up the list of apps and the same thing happened. I have no idea what's wrong or what to do. Does anyone have any idea what's wrong or ways to help? I have a screen recording of the issue but can't post videos apparently so I'll leave a screenshot showing where I'm talking about then the screenshot after will be the screen that shows up after I tap apps.

It seems that the "Separate App Sound" feature on your Galaxy Z Flip 6 is experiencing a software glitch, possibly due to the multiple app additions and settings changes. Here's how you can troubleshoot:

Clear Cache for System UI: Go to Settings > Apps > System UI > Storage and clear the cache. This might resolve issues with system functions like app settings.

Reset App Preferences: Go to Settings > Apps > Menu (three dots) > Reset app preferences. This will reset all app defaults, disabled apps, and permissions, without deleting app data.

Reinstall Pandora and Other Apps: Try uninstalling and reinstalling Pandora and any other apps that are part of the issue to ensure no app conflicts.

Factory Reset (last resort): If the issue persists, a factory reset might be necessary, but ensure to back up all your data first.

If these steps don't help, consider contacting Samsung support for further assistance, as it could be a bug in the software update or a deeper issue with the phone's settings.

There is no System UI under apps in settings. To clear the cache would it be "One UI Home" in the Samsung app settings?

Hit the "your apps" filter button on the right in the apps list and turn the switch on for show system apps, then you'll find systemui in the apps list...
