Fold & Flip PhonesI recently updated the one UI software update and not only am I getting error messages stating that one UI is not responding, when I open up my fold for it works for a short period of time and then I hear a static sound and it goes black the only way I can use the phone is if I restarted it and only use the small folded screen in front after a reset.

Fold & Flip PhonesHello, We understand the frustration of your phone UI not responding, as well as the static noise and black screen.
For the black screen, you can try the troubleshooting here: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01001470/
We also recommend clearing the cache partition and repairing the apps in the recovery menu.
To get to recovery mode:
- Turn off phone
- Once off, hold down volume up and power buttons simultaneously
- When Samsung logo appears, release power button BUT KEEP HOLDING VOLUME UP until the recovery menu appears
- Use volume buttons to navigate down to clear cache (NOT CLEAR DATA/ FACTORY RESET)
- Use power button to select.
- Run the repair apps option and your device will restart.
We also recommend running diagnostics in the Members app. You can find more information on this in the following link under the Get Help via Samsung Members section. https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-use-the-samsung-members-app/ You can also submit an error report directly to developers.
If you've completed all the troubleshooting and are still experiencing concerns with the UI stopping, the static noise, and black screen, we recommend having the phone evaluated by a certified technician.
