Why doesnt my phone have 2 buttons on the call app like my other s22

If you go in the call app into keyboard next to the call button does it have another button?

Your carrier puts those extra buttons there, particularly if you have a phone that was purchased through them.  If you bought an unlocked phone from another source, those buttons would not have been added.
