Z-fold 6 Bluetooth no longer works after UI update (11-20-25)

Ever since the update came out, my z-fold 6 no longer has access to Bluetooth.  I am an authorized Samsung repair technician and have tried all basic troubleshooting techniques short of factory resetting the phone. Normally, I would conclude this is a hardware issue, but this problem did not start until the update was pushed on the 20th. We have had several customers come in with the same problem. The Bluetooth shuts itself off and will not connect. Please advise.

Same issue with s25 fe connecting with my vehicle Bluetooth.

I have tried these solutions and I am still unable to activate Bluetooth. It selects for a second and then shuts back off.  I am not bale to even scan for devices.
