I am asking for recommendations on how to remove it confirmed moleculous adware, spyware and malware. The operating system.has beeml overlaid, it ended my license agreement and canceled my phone from stop. There is confirmed outsourced third party. Apache, software, looking for suggestions on what to do. I did check with Samsung for 2 weeks. Prior to this message and they have refused to help. So make it gnome, moderators. I am well within my right to post. Looking for help as I was recommended to.As that's what the community is for can you feedback would be appreciated.

Best advice get a new Sim card and change your account pin with carrier in addition to steps above

Had it looked at by a professional third party?And it's a overlay at where malware and spyware overlay. He cleaned it off, but I'm left with unofficial software, but the phone claims to be official. 😂

Got part of it fixed next get a new Sim and change pin and passwords may want to factory reset also
