I have new Zflip6 and it's saying 100 percent charged. But when you check actual charge it is at 3500 mah which is only 90-91 percent. I've tried to put in codes in dialer to reset battery and battery data memory. It won't open command list when codes entered. *#0228#, and.*#9900# don't respond. What can I do to reset battery to go to at least 3887 mah/100 percent. I've kept phone charged at small intervals to not let go to far down. Usually between 50-75% at lowest. Then charge back up. Never get hot when charging bc it's on at 10-15 watt at this point in charging bc phone/charger slows down charge rate. What can I do to fix this . It's been read 90-91% since 1st got phone. Help please. Don't want phone battery to stay this way will cause harm in long run +start dropping 10 percent quickly at a time and stay this way permanently.
