Fold & Flip PhonesHello Bigtank_Studios, Welcome to the Community. We understand how upsetting it is for the phone to be freezing and crashing.
Have you tried clearing the cache partition of the phone?
- Turn off phone
- Once off, hold down volume up and power buttons simultaneously
- When Samsung logo appears, release power button BUT KEEP HOLDING VOLUME UP until the recovery menu appears
- Use volume buttons to navigate down to clear cache (NOT CLEAR DATA/ FACTORY RESET)
- Use power button to select.
Also, try to reset the settings of the phone. Settings>General Management>Reset>Reset all Settings (It will not delete your data, but you will have to reconnect to Bluetooth and Wi-Fi devices and reapply any custom settings)
