Zfold 6 volume stays low

If I receive a notification while listening to music, the music volume lowers while the notification sound finishes, after the notification is done the music stays low until I call myself to reset the volume. This issue used to happen back in 2015 with one of my notes

Hello, Welcome to the Community. We understand how frustrating it is for the music not to return to normal volume after receiving a notification.

Are you not able to adjust the volume with the volume buttons?

Have you tried clearing the app cache of the music app you are using? https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00077611/

You can also try resetting your network settings. Phone Settings>General Management>Reset>Reset mobile network and Reset Wi-Fi and Bluetooth Settings
