update change log question

Hey there so, usually when I get a phone from a carrier there is never a actual change log description. It just says software update available. Does this also apply for phones directly from Samsung or just unlocked phones? It's an at&t phone from Samsung. Its not unlocked, just thought since it was from Samsung and not a carrier we would see a change log of what's actually new.

open Settings/Software Update/Last Update then scroll to very bottom.

so it'll show that on the phone I'm getting directly from Samsung? because my s20 ultra only shows this...
